Book and paper high quality. Smaller than the original. Missing two pages in volume two. Or rather two pages are cited twice in table of contents. Original volume 7 missing original second half of page 23 and first half of page 24. They are cited twice, but really are only for original page 27 and 28. Missing these two. I got the scans from website visipix. Please let the publisher know they have made a mistake. You can see in the last pic p. 240 and 241 are listed twice.

Japanese Manga before there was any.

A great set of books in small format divided by types of drawings. It is fun to see life in that time period from Hokusai's perspective. Binding is the typical Japanese softcover and seems durable so far.
